WENY: Rep. Tom Reed addresses debt ceiling

October 12, 2013

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Lawmakers on Capitol Hill still can’t come to an agreement on a spending plan. And now, we’re just one week out from another fiscal deadline — that’s when we hit the debt ceiling.
